QUESTIONS? WE GOT YOU.
What does "unlimited" actually mean?
You can submit as many video editing requests as you want — there are no caps. The only structure is that we work one live task at a time (two on Monetize). As soon as one is done, the next one moves up. Unlimited queue, unlimited revisions, no extra charges.
How fast do I get my first draft?
Standard turnaround is 48 business hours after we receive your raw footage. On Grow and Monetize, priority turnaround is 24 hours.
Do I need to provide a script or creative direction?
Nope. A quick Loom or voice note works great. On EDIT, we'll coach you on what works. On GROW and MONETIZE, we write the scripts and plan the content before you even record.
Can I cancel anytime?
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime. 3, 6, and 12-month commitments have early termination terms — details are outlined in the client agreement.
What platforms do you edit for?
Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube (long-form and Shorts), LinkedIn, Facebook, and any platform you're building on. We format natively for each one.
How does the live task system work?
You submit tasks via a shared project board. We work one active task at a time (two on Monetize). As soon as one is delivered, the next moves up. You can queue as many tasks as you want — we always keep things moving.
What if I need something not listed in my package?
That's what add-ons are for. If something falls outside your tier, we'll scope it as an add-on or one-time project. Nothing gets dropped — we just make sure it's handled properly.
